I, Praful Kumar, customer id:3007081972. Still waiting to activate the AIRTEL DIGITAL TV Service.
Also my complain is closed without providing any solution (Complaint no. 5545600) and again and again I am calling customer support to file a complain every time on 12150. I don’t have much time to expend talking with customer support.

I already missed world cup matches and don’t want to miss further matches hence I booked TATA SKY today. But as I already paid to AIRTEL Digital TV so I want my money back as well as compensation.

Now I don’t want to continue Airtel Digital TV service, so please return my money and please took your DABBA Airtel Digital TV STB by tomorrow. As I am very frustrated and if I didn’t get any response from your end within 48 Hr. then I have no choice and will move to consumer court.

Hope to get positive response from your end.

I already sends many mail and calling again and again but didn’t get any response, so it is my last mail.

If Airtel is not able or capable to provide service to your customer/s then why are you offering this type of shit with every new purchase made from your outlets??? BOSS I can afford a new connection OK I never bought Sony LCD because of free Airtel Digital TV STB OK. So please please please make sure other service provider is capable before offering this type of shit.
